According to the schools ‘Notice on the Holiday Arrangement of Qingming Festival in 2025’, we hereby notify the following matters related to the holiday of Qingming Festival and the safety management of international students during the holiday:
I. Holiday Schedule
The school will be closed from 4 April 2025 (Friday) to 6 April 2025 (Sunday), a total of 3 days. 7 April (Monday) normal classes.
II. Safety Management Requirements
(I) Strict management of leave application and cancellation

Implement the system of reporting the departure from school, and strictly prohibit leaving school without approval. International students who plan to leave school (including cross-city and cross-province trips) are required to submit a written application for leave of absence, specifying the destination of the trip, the itinerary, and the emergency contact information, and leave the school only after the approval of the homeroom teacher, and the leave must be cancelled in a timely manner after returning to school.

(II) Enhancement of Legal Safety Awareness
During the holidays, students should pay attention to fire prevention and theft, traffic safety, and abide by religious regulations and Chinese laws and regulations. It is strictly forbidden to abuse alcohol, work illegally or participate in illegal religious gatherings. Pay attention to personal and property safety when you go out, and keep your phone uninterrupted
